We run our own stack — DNS, gateway, compute, and delivery — on a server we rent from Vultr, in one region today. No third-party PaaS or CDN in the request path.

We hold our pages to a JavaScript budget and measure before we claim. We have not published a cold-start figure yet, so we don't promise one.
